Shipping & Returns
If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or defects, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will provide a return shipping label. We will be happy to offer exchange for another Pawzzle or store credit, but do not offer refunds.
You can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

As part of our launch, we’re offering free shipping, worldwide!
We offer worldwide shipping options with UPS, DHL and other local carriers. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Once orders are placed, they ship within 2-3 business days.
Our home will always be Toronto, but we’ve recently relocated to Berlin, so all orders will ship from Germany.
For Berliners we offer free local delivery :)
